We have worked with Rose on several transactions, buying two and selling three houses. The first two houses we sold were fairly unique and sold very quickly at a price we felt was right. Our first house sold to the first family that looked at it and the second sold as a result of the open house that Rose held. Our final house was much more difficult. The market was down and we had already left town before the house sold. Rose managed the property after our departure; overseeing some needed construction and maintenance for us, as well as helping us with preparation for a closing scheduled for when one of us was out of the country (and the other out of state). The house recently sold and we know that it was absolutely due to Rose’s efforts.
Rose has always taken a personal interest in our concerns and needs and is a pleasure to work with. She is patient in showing houses and never forced her preferences on us. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the greater Athens area is extensive and impressive. She has always been willing to go that extra mile to make sure that the process is as smooth and painless as possible (quite literally, as once, when we were on vacation, she drove to north Georgia to have us sign a contract).
